GOLD MONEY'S GOOD MILE.

After rain overnight the tracks were in splendid order for training purposes at Ellerslie this morning. The course proper, with the poles 30ft out, was available, and the No. 2 grass track was also in use. Course Proper. Carrying a light 'weight Gold Money was responsible tor a brilliant gallop .over a mile. She ran the first two furlongs in 245, four in 48 3-ss, and the full distance in 1.43. W. Kemp has this mare in tiptop fettle, and she should give a good account of herself at the Te Aroha meeting. Royal Survey beat Howick and Click Clack at the end of seven furlongs.
