rouse to appeal,
LONDON, February 16,
Sir Patrick Hastings, K.C., hae been briefed to conduct the appeal of Alfred Arthur Rouse before the Appeal Court against the sentence of death passed upon him. Rouse was found guilty on a charge of murdering an unknown man whose body was found in the remains of accused's smouldering motor car near Northampton on November 6.
