There i≤ every reason to helieve that Sir Isaac Isaacs' appointment is perfectly valid and that he can take over the Governorship soon a≤ it is convenient. Ifc may he assumed that Mr. J. H. Thomas,"Dominions Secretary, duly performed his part in participating formally in the appointment, and thus accepting the formal responsibility for the Royal sign, manual, although the advice to His Majesty came from the Commonwealth Ministry.
