A vourig bridegroom who called at "the Gisborne Police Station volunteered the information that he had made a false declaration at Gore for the purpose of procuring a marriage license. He w£s committed to the Supreme Court for sentence, by the magistrate to-dav, his ''name being suppressed. Accused, having been unable.to obtain his parents' consent, gave the girl s age as 21 and his own as 22. Both were erroneous.
