SHARK IN SURF.

I ■ WHANGAREI, this day. Bathers in the surf at Okura Beach, near Whangaruru, where the Auckland Autonjobile Association have a camp, saw a* fin in the breakers: A boat was rowed put, and, by careful manoeuvring, came abreast of a shark, which was gaffed and brought ashore. It proved to be Sfit 6in in length. Another shark, measuring a foot less, was caught'inside Whangaruru: Harbour.
