A CHANGE OF DATES.
(Received 1 p.m.)
SYDNEY, this day,
The proposal that J. Scott, the present Australian champion. sculler, should visit Now Zealand to compete in the Dominion champion sculls has been abandoned.
When the New Zealand .Rowing Association" invited Scott, the date of championship was set down Tor February 7. If this arrangement had been adhered to Scott would have made the- trip, but the date- was changed to February 28, and as Scott wishes to compete in the State championship on the Nepean on March 23 he decided definitely to abandon the idea of going to New Zealand.
