VERY DOWNCAST.
SPANISH EXILE AT ANTWERP.
(Received 1.30 p.m.) BRUSSELS, December 30. Major Ramon Franco, leader of the recent unsuccessful Spanish revolt, arrived, by ship at , Antwerp, being accompanied by a mechanic named Rasla. Major Franco was attired in an old uniform and bathing shoes. He is penniless and appeared to be very downcast.
