Late Mr. J. W. H. T. Douglas and
His Father.
CROWDED MEMORIAL SERVICE

LONDON, December 30.
Hundreds were unable to find seats at the memorial service at St. Michael's, Cornhill, to the noted -cricketer, Mr. J. W. H. T. Douglas, and his father, .who. were drowued in a, recent collision between two Finnish steamers in the Cattegat.
Lord Harris, Sir Kynaston Studd, and other prominent cricketers, and business men -were present. The service order stated: "Lovely and pleasant were they in their Vies; in death they were not divided."- ,
Mr. Douglas, internationally known' as a former English Test cricket captain, and his aged father, were returning from Sweden for Christmas in England on board the steamer Oberon, when," on December 20, a collision occurred with the steamer Arcturus. Over 40 lives were lost.
