CANTERBURY MARKETS.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ' CHRISTCIIURCH, Tuesday. There are no changes to report in regard to the Canterbury grain and produce market. The business passing is only of the off-season variety. Practically the only sales being made at present are. of potatoes, for which there is a little inquiry from the North. The price, however, has not recorded any •• substantial increase, and ranges from £1 10/ to £1 15/ a ton, on trucks. The market has 'reached its dying stages and there is neither the volume of business nor the demand sufficient to result in any improvement until transactions next season commence. Al'. other sections of the market are passing through a slack period.
