FINDERS NOT KEEPERS.
STOCKHOLM, September 25. Lc"al experts appointed to examine the "ownership of the Andrcc relics, report that all the articles found were undoubtedly the , property of the explorers' heirs. Ths claim of the finders must be settled according to the Norwegian law, which provides that all articles found must.be handed over to the owner, and the finder reasonably rewarded.
