SPEECHES "MILD."
SPANISH REPUBLICANS.
(Received 1.30 p.m.) MADRID, September 29. Law officers examining verbatim reports of yesterday's anti-monarchical speeches state that the actual references to King Alfonso are mild compared with many of the orations delivered after the establishment of the Dictatorship. The real significance of the demonstration is the proof it furnishes that all the Republican parties are combining- in the hope of forcing a complete revolution with the aid of the Socialist and Reform parties.
