An objection had been \ lodged by Mr. D. Dunlop, who desired a Jj)j : tribute over the property. Mr. H. F. *Z ' Purnell appeared for Mr. Dunlop, and fe i Mr. E. J. Clendon for the syndicate. ]§ j Evidence was given by James McCor|3mick, a member of the syndicate, that «■ j time was needed to enable the ncessary i£<ij capital to be raised to develop the claim. 3 | The- syndicate were willing to allow a J! | tribute in the upper level of the mine, w | C. S. Donovan said if the tribute were «» ! granted where desired by Mr. Dunlop, it 2i . "would hamper the operations of the f syndicate in raising capital. 85.
