NORTHERN JERSEY SALE.

(By Telegraph.—(Special to "Star.") DARGAVTLLE, this day. A reflection of the general financial stringency existing at the present time is evident to some degree in prices realised at the first annual pedigree Jersey bull dispersal sale of Messrs. R. E. Clements and R. A. Lewis, the Awakino Point breeders, held to-day. A few offerings by other breeders were also included. There were 26 lots in the sale. Mr. Clements' yearling, Kia Ora Volunteer, was passed in at 52%g5. Top price of bulls sold was j gained by Mr. D Marras' yearling, Farewell's General Ney 40%gs, to Mr. T. E. Donovan, Tokatoka.
