BEITISH GEANT FOE SURVEY.

Upon the recomme: lation of the Colonial Development Advisory Committee the Government has approved a grant of financial assistance from the Colonial Development Eund toward the cost of a detailed survey to be undertaken forthwith in connection with a. project for the construction of a railway from Haifa, in Syria, to Bagdad.
