I (By?TelegrapU.—Press Association.) ; Wednesday. * : The Court of Appeal this, morning made' an ordfer'StriEing Robert George Gardiner Bain off the rolls of practising barristers and solicitors of the Dominion. Counsel for the New Zealand Law Society (Mr. Free) said Bain formerly practised,in Gisborne, but had recently been convicted, of numerous charges, of theft frorn Various clients, and at present was serving a term of reformative detention for twelve months, the amount involved in these charges being £271 13/6. An order was made for the payment of £15 15/ costs to the Law Society.
