NEW RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION
WHOLE POLICY UNDER KEVTEW. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Replying to a Hutt Valley deputation to-day, the Acting-Prime Minister, the Hon. E. A.- Ransom, expressed regret that he could not make a definite pronouncement as to the construction of the Hutt line extension. The whole question of railway construction, he said, was under review.
