NEW MACHINERY LYING IDLE? (fiy Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Mr. W. E. Parry- (Labour, Auckland Central) asked in the House to-day if it was not a fact that thousands of pounds' worth of machinery imported froni Australia for the Otahuhu railway workshops was lying rusting at the shops.
