ENGINEER ON WHALE CHASER
BODY IN HARBOUR.

WELLINGTON, this day.
The body of. George Carlsen, chief engineer on 'onev.of the chasers . of : the whaler Kosmos, was found floating in the harbour at .7 o'clock . this morning. It is surmised that he fell into the water while crossing last night to the chaser, which is .tied up against the whaler. He comes from Norway and is married.
