FARMERS' TRADING. ISSUE OF SHARES. The Farmers' Trading Co. is offering io present shareholders at par a further issue of ordinary and B preference shares up to a total of £50,000.
B preference stiares are 14/ each at 7 per cent, and due in any further distribution of profits up to 6/ per share. Ordinary shares are 8/, and are due in any distribution of accumulated profits to the extent of 12/ each.
