LAWN TENNIS.
TE PUINGA CLUB,
At the annual meeting of the Te Puinga Tennis Club the following officers were elected:—President, Mr P. H. Saxton; vice-presidents, Messrs. E. C. Old, L. Cubis, J J Patterson, J. Forsythe, D. F. Watson, B. Wells, John Patterson, T. Roach, D. J. Wright, I. Semmens, H. Fergusson and C. Murphy; committee, Messrs. Murphy and Patterson, Mesdames Wells and Douglas and Miss Saxton ; secretary, Mr. H. Skifflngton; club captain, Mr. H. Skiffington; delegates to association, Messrs. C. H. Murphy and Skifflngton. The official opening of the club was fixed for September 20.
