FALSE PRETENCES.
FOURTEEN" DAYS' GAOL
Pleading guilty to obtaining £1 from Frank Taylor by falsely representing that he was employed by the Technical Publications, Limited, Wellington, Frank James Price, 38, traveller, Svas sentenced in the Police Court this morning to 14 days' imprisonment.
Price pleaded guilty and Mr. Hammond said that at one time he was employed by the Technical Publications, Limited. Ho had been dismissed, however. He obtained the £1 by falsely representing that he was still in the employ of the company. "Ho needs bringing up with a round turn.
