SYDNEY HARBOUR SPANNED.—OnIy a gap of 42 inches remains to complete the span of this colossal bridge. A plank was laid across the gap yesterday and Mr. L. Ennis, director of the construction work, had \he honour of making the first crossing. The span will be completed this month, but the bridge will not be open for traffic until 1932.
