Butter is quiet. Danish, 148/ per cwt. Choicest salted: New Zealand, 136/ to 138/; Australian, 134/ to 136/. Unsalted: New Zealand, 146/ to 150/; Australian, 136/ to 138/. Cheese. —White, New Zealand, 77/ to 78/ per cwt; coloured, 82/ to 83/.
Amalgamated Dairies, Ltd., have received the following cable from their London manager, under date Augwrat 7: — Butter.—Our prices unchanged (Anchor, 140/). Other finest selling, 136/ to 137/. Danish, 141/, f.o.b. Cheese. —White, 77/ to 78/, market very quiet; coloured, 82/, market steady. Messrs. Andrew Clement and Sons, Ltd., are in receipt .of the following cabled advice from their London office, dated 7th inst.:— Butter.—Dull; 136/. 77/; coloured, 82/.
