MOTORIST FINED.
SEQUEL TO COLLISION,
The sequel to a collision between a motor car and a motor cycle at Ramarama was a charge of dangerous driving against J. N. Ingram at the Pukekohe Court yesterday before Mr. F. H. Levien, S.M. Defendant pleaded guilty. Sergeant J. T. Cowan said, that defendant, a good driver, attempted to pass another car at a bend. Just then a motor cyclist arrived, there was a collision, and the cyclist was injured and his machine damaged.
Defendant wns convicted and fined 30/ and 10/ costs.
