When Mr. Justice Smith told him to act the part of a man and, if necessary, to use measures other than mere requests to make his wife, Alice Joyce Wilkins, return to him, a Rotorua farmhand, Albert Thomas Wilkins, . visited his father-in-law's farm four times in succession. The only outcome of the measures he adopted was a summons by his mother-in-law for assault.
To-day, before. Mr. Justice Her dm an, lie again asked for an order of restitution, and he was successful. His wife w r as ordered to return to him within 21 days.
