MR. J. MOFFAT'S REPORT.
' SATURDAY'S FIXTURES.
The weekly meeting of the management committee of the Auckland Rugby Union was held last night, the chairman, Mr. H. Frost, presiding. Permission was granted to the Marist Club to send a senior team to Thames on August 9, subject to the name of the manager being submitted. Mr. J. Moffat, who refereed the British-Auckland match, reported . that he had ordered off L. Knight for disputing his decision. The matter will be referred to the judicial committee. The application for reinstatement by J. E. Coster, will be referred to the New Zealand Union. He was graded third grade open. The New Zealand Union notified that they had approved the reinstatement of A. V. Ryan. Following are the fixtures for Saturday:— Britain v.. New Zealand, Eden Park, No. 1, 2.30 p.m., Mr. S. Hollander. Seventh Grade B Representatives v. Primary Schools Representatives, Eden Park, No. 1, 11 a.m., Mr. A. A. Lucas. Mount Albert Grammar v. Whangarei High School, Eden Park, No. 1, 12 noon, Mr. C. F. Paull. Auckland Grammar y. Hamilton High School, Eden Park, No. 1, 1 p.m., Mr. G. Peace. Secondary Schools Games.—Auckland Grammar Second Grade A v. Pukekohe High School A, Grammar No. 1, 9.15 a.m., Mr. D. Kennedy; Auckland Grammar Fourth Grade A v. Pukekohe High School B, Grammar No. 2, 9.15 a.m., Mr. J. Jenkin; Auckland Grammar Fifth Grade A v. Hamilton High School, Domain, No. 1, 9 a.m., Mr. H. 0. Scott; Sacred Heart College v. Taumarunui, Sacred Heart, 11" a.m., referee to be appointed.
