Shot at by Students arid Badly
Wounded.
ASSAILANTS ARRESTED.

BUCHAREST, July 21
While Mr. Angelesco, Minister of the Interior, was reading a memorial from four students, one of them named Beza drew a revolver and pumped four bullets into the Minister's face, chest, shoulder and arm. Mr. Angelesco, despite the loss of blood, grappled with his assailant and prevented further shots.
_ The students were arrested. The victim is expected to recover. The students are Dobrudjaites, who resent the .new law dealing with small holdings of which Mr. Angelesco is held to be responsible.
