INTENT TO STEAL ALLEGED.
Arrested by Constable Chalcraft yesterday, Michael Francis Grace, a labourer, aged 46, appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt,'S.M., at the Police Court this morning on a' charge of demanding, with menaces, on June 2, a sum of money from Donald Wallace McClure, with, intent to steal the money. Grace, who pleaded not guilty, was remanded to appear on Monday next.
