NEW METFORD PENALISED,
(By Telegraph.—Pres3 Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. New Metford, winner of the Elevation Handicap at Addington yesterday, has been penalised to 60yds in the St. Clair Handicap at Forbury Park meeting to-morrow.
