BRIDGE EVENING.
At the Lyceum Club last evening an open evening was held by the bridge circle. Bowls of deep blue hydrangeas, French marigolds, and chrysanthemums were arranged in the lounge and dining room, and there were about 36 tables occupied by players. A very pleasant time was spent by all present, it being one of the most successful evenings held by the circle. Mrs. S. T. Wicksteed, the convener, received in a frock of black embossed georgette with bridge ccat of black and pink. Miss F. Garliek, secretary, was in black georgette relieved with gold. Among the players were: Mrs. F. G. Bilton, Mrs. Arthur Bullock, Mrs. D'Arcy, Mrs. C. Keeble, Mrs. Patterson, Miss Robertshaw, Mrs. T. W. Irwin, Mrs. T. Clarkson, Mrs. P. Webster, Mrs. J. Masters, Mrs. C. Buscke, Miss Salek, Miss Rennell, Miss Ford, Mrs. Biller, Mrs. Rowse, Mrs. Kenrick, Mrs. Bloomfield, Miss E. Adlington, Miss F. Garliek, Mrs. Hume, Miss D. Wickes, Mrs. C. Palmer, Mrs. Ward, Mrs. W. J. Reid, Mrs. C. Reeves, Miss M. Rapson, Mrs. Cheals, Mrs. J. Johnston, Miss Henrick, Miss V.
