» LEADER'S ADDRESS AT OTAKI. WORK FOR UNEMPLOYED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) OTAKI, this day. Mr. H. E. Holland, Leader of» the Labour party, gave an address last night dealing largely with the unemployed question. The speaker said he favoured the creation of an Unemployment Board, an advanced land settlement policy, encouragement of secondary industries, the absorption of unemployed on work ot a necessary character. Mr. Thorn, the nominated candidate for. the Otaki' seat, also spoke in support of the Labour Tarty. — « —
