Apparatus To Serve Purpose of Fish Gills. HUNGARIAN INVENTION. (Received 11 a.m.) BUDAPEST, May 2. A Hungarian inventor, Tihamer Nenies, has invented an apparatus for producing oxygen from water, like the gills of fish, enabling a man to stay under water almost indefinitely.
