FRAUD ALLEGED.
AGENT AND A MOTOR CAR. . (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CTIRISTCHURCH, Thursday. On a charge of obtaining a motor car by fraud a commission agent, Thomas Bishot, aged 55, of Wellington, was committed to the Supreme Court i(.v trial by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., to-day. He pleaded not guilty to a charge of obtaining, on January 20, a motor car valued at £80 from George William Tench by means of a valueless cheque for £80, drawn on the Bank of New South Wales at Nelson.
