CYCLING.
TE KUITI CLUB.
The annual meeting of the Te Kuiti Cycle Club was held this evening, when the following officers were elected :—Patron, Mr. C. Boles; president, Mr. F. Hewitson; vice-presidents, Messrs. S. Craig, Timbers, A. J. Donn, E. J. Peterson, A. Brown, W. Copsey, R. Hall, J. Willison, A. Gyde, and A. Doughty; official starters, Messrs. Hewitson and D. Davidson; handicappers, Messrs. Doughty and Copsey. The club's first run will be held on Saturday, over a distance of eight miles Mr. C. Boles is presenting a cup for points competition, to be won twice in succession or thrice at intervals. Mr. E. J. Peterson has donated a miniature cup for the winner each year. It has been arranged to hold a race every Saturday during the season.
