M.C.C. TOUR RECEIPTS.
N.S.W. REMITS TAXATION". CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday. Reporting to the management committee of the New Zealand Cricket Association this evening, Mr. D. E. Wanklyn, hon. treasurer, said he had received advice that the New South Wales Government had agreed to remit its share of taxation charged on the receipts from the M.C.C. match in Sydney. The Federal authorities v/are still considering the matter. The total taxation levied was £381, and approximately half comprised the- New South Wales share.
