WEDDINGS OF THE DAY.

ELLIOTT—FRASER. Miss Marjorie Annie Fraser. only daughter of Mrs. A. Fraser, of Mount I Eden, and Mr. Arthur Gordon Elliott. eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Elliott, of Papakxtra, were united in matrimony at St. Matthew's Church on Wednesday afternoon. Canon Grant Cowen officiated. The bride wore an ankle-length gown of flesh pink georgette, with transparent tulle hem. The lace cap was fastened to the tulle veil and train by a, spray or pink orange blossom buds placed round the back of the head, and she carried a sheaf of pink blooms. The Misses Clara Paykel and Doris Marmont. as bridesmaids, wore long frocks of powder blue moire silk. Close-fitting orchid sbaded felt hats were worn and ; shower bouquets of the same tone wers carried. Mr. Elliott was best man. and Mr. J. "Fraser the groomsman. BREDESON—NADEN. The marriage of Miss Peggy Nalden. third daughter of Mr. and .the hue Mrs. E. Nalden, to Mr. Herbert Bredeson, elder son of Mrs. Vickers, of Cambridge, was celebrated at St. George's Church, Kingsland, on Saturday afternoon. The Rev. Macfarland officiated. The bride wore an ankle length frock of ivory satin. The tulle veil* was hand-embroidered, and held in place by a corouet of orange blossom, and she carried a white shower bouquet. The bridesmaid. Miss Laura Moore, wore a frock of lilac satin, with a long silver shoulder spray, and tulle headdress. She carried a shower bouquet to tone. The matron of honour, Mrs. Holibar, _ the bride's sister, was in a gold and fawn crepe tieuri jumper suit, with an autumn tinted hat, and carried a shower bouquet to match. The bride's nieces. LAMBERT—ALLPRESS. The wedding was celebrated recently in the Green Lane Congregational Church of Eveline, the youngest daughter of Mrs. and the late Mr. C. P. Allpress, of Otahuhu, to Kdwin, the only son of 3lr. and Mrs. G. Lambert, of Parnell. The ceremony was performed bv- the Rev. G. \V. Jackson, and the wedding music was played by Mr. G. C. Potter. Hiss Dorothy Donaldson and Miss Joan Quinton, who attended as bridesmaids, were wearing frocks of delphinium blue georgette, with frilled petalled skirts and cape collar-. Then felt hats were trimmed with velvet flowers in tonings of blue and niauye. and they carried bouquets to harmonise with their frocks. The bridegroom was attended by Mr. W. Lambert and Mr. C. A pretty wedding was celebrated on Wednesday evening at St. Matthew's Church, the Rev. Canon Grant Cowen officiating, when Inez, only daughter of the late"Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Everard, was married to Arthur, second son oi Mr. and Mr-. T. Barrow, of Grey Lynn. The bride, who entered the church on the arm of her cousin. Mr. Frank Morler. wore a frock of ivory satin beaute. made with a fashionable hip yoke, with two tlared flounces falling to one side to form an uneven hem. Her pretty embroidered tulle veil was arranged with strands of -ilver leaves and clusters of orange blossoms, and she carried a shower bouquet of pale pink and white tlowers. The bride was attended by Mrs. F. Morley as matron of honour and ML:-s Hazel Mooney as bridesmaid. Mrs. Morley ! wore a frock of forest green satin beaute. with a hin .yoke from which two flared flounces hung unevenly to the ankles. Master Connie Morley. wore an ivory satin beaute shirt with frilled collar and cuffs, and cream velveteen trousers. The bridegroom was attended by Mr. Fred Davison as best, man and Mr. Morley as groomsman. CAMMELL— BRAY. The Easter decorations at Epiphany Church made a pretty setting for the wedding or Myrtle, eldest daughter ot Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Bray, of Gundry Street, to Allan, fourth son of Mr. and Mrs. G. S. Cammeil, of Richmond Road. The"Rev. R. G. Coats The bride, who was given away by her father. wore a charming frock of ivory georgette over silk, with diamante trimming. The skirt was draped and caught at the side with a true lover's knot in brilliants and finished with, an uneven hem. The Brussel lace veil was arranged with a coronet of orange blossom and formed the train. She carried a bouquet of white roses, dahlias and maidenhair fern. The bridesmaid.. Miss Edna Bray, sister of the bride, wore pale sea green taffeta with tiny frills from waist to hem, and a, tulle bow at the side. A shoulder posy of shell pink flowers finished the ensemble. A black hat with flowers to tone with frock was worn, and she carried a bouquet of pink roses, dahlias and maidenhair fern. Lyall CammelL niece of the bridegroom, was a tiny flower girl, dressed in primrose organdie. She carried a posy of pastel shaded flowers. The reception was held in the Gaiety Hall, where Mrs. Bray received her guests wearing navy crepe de chine trimmed with plum colour, and hat to tone. She carried a bouquet of bronze dahlias. The bridegroom's mother wore blue silk under a bkek georgette coat. and a beige felt hat trimmed with black. Among those present were: Mrs. F. Smith, sen.. Mrs. A. Findlay. Mrs. and Miss Constable.
