MINISTERIAL ANNIVERSARY '%} The services at Beresford Street Congregational Church next will mark the sixth anniversary of tKfe coining of Rev. Lionel B. Fletcher to the pastorate of the church, and the' semi-jubilee of Mr. Fletcher's entrance into the ministry. Prior to his acceptance of the call to Beresford 'Street, Mr. Fletcher hel£ two pastorates in/ New South and one *at Port Adelaide, South Au& tralia. He was then called to the Wood Street Church, Cardiff, Great Britain, the largest Congregational Church in the British Empire. He laboured there for seven years, and after 20 months of special work through Great Britain and America, came to Auckland. During Ha ministry here he has built up the churcfc at Beresford Street until it is now one of the leading churches in Auckland and one .of the foremost Congregational churches "in Australia and New Zealand. July Mr. Fletcher will leave Auckland for America and Great Britain, in both of which countries he will carry through a special series of meetings, in fulfilment of a promise of some years' standing.
