Spanish Socialist To Prove His Allegations. LAW SUIT IN MADRID. (Received 10.30 a.m.) MADRID, April 30. The Socialist leader, Indalecio Prieto, will answer in the law courts for a speech in which he accused King Alfonso and members of the Royal .Family of engaging in financial transactions. Evidence clearing the King's name will be most welcome to his supporters, owing to the prevalence of stories of this charactcr.
