THE RUSH HOUR.
Everyone who has to travel between 4.45 and 5.30 p.m. will support a complaint about the running of all the extra trams through Queen Street when there are two other routes through which many of the extra trams coukl go, namely, Anzac Avenue and Hobson Street. The only trams which go through Anzac Avenue at_ present are the Great South Road trams, while none at all go through Hobson Street. I timed the tram by which I rode on to-night, and it took twenty minutes to go from the bottom of Queen Street to Wellesley Street, a distance-which should not take more than about five minutes. ONE OF MANY.
