COMING NORTH.
MINISTERS TO ASSIST. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. A determined bid to retain the Parnell seat is to be made by the United party, as arrangements are now bein? made for Ministers to visit the electorate and speak in support of the candidature of Mr. W. A. Donald. It ie expected that the Minister of Customs, the Hon. J. B. Donald, brother of the candidate, will be one of the most active participants in the campaign. He has already taken a prominent part in organising work, and although he will be in Wellington on Thursday he will return to Auckland almost immediately. The Minister of Labour, the Hon. W. A. Veitch, the Minister of Health, the Hon. A. J. Stallworthy, and other Ministers, including the deputy-leader of the House, the Hon. G. W. Forbes, are expected to take part in the campaign.
