DROWNED AT TOKOMARU BAY TELEPHONE CLERK'S DEATH. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GISBORNE, this day. The remains, of Cecil Rampton, the telephone exchange clerk -who was drowned at Tokomaru Bay ten days ago, has been washed up on the 'beach one and a half miles from the ecene of the tragedy.
