JOKE WITH PRIME MINISTER. (From Our Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Hon. P. A. de la Perrclle, who lias been visiting Rotorua, states that the Prime Minister is looking wonderfully well, and that the change is undoubtedly effecting an improvement in his physical condition. This is quite evident to visitor?, and was tlie cause of an amusing incident in the sanatorium grounds. An old gentleman went up to the Prime Minister for a chat, t which opened thus: "Delighted to see you, Sir Joseph. You are looking well! You know, Ave can't send you to heaven yet. You are too much needed on earth],"
