Mr. and Mrs. Brown, of Wellington, are at the Commercial Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. H. Herd (Dunedin) and Mr. and Mrs. C. Lariom (Hawera) are at the Albert Hotel. Dr. and Mrs. Corkill arrived from Wellington by the Limited this morning, and are at the Grand Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. C. Fox, Mr. E. Binnev (Dunedin), and Dr. and Mrs. M. Day (Pahiatua) are at the Grand Hotel. Mr. W. Russell-W T ood left by the Ulimaroa to-day for Sydney, en route to Launceston, Tasmania. /. Mr. R. W. Marshall, district manager of the Government Tourist Bureau, Dunedin, is in Auckland at the Commercial Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. Willock, Mr. G. B. Oman (Gisborne), Mr. Phillip Schniedeman (Wellington) are at the Central Hotel. Arrivals at Hotel Cargen are: Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Nowell-Usticke (London), Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Grainger (Cliristchurch), Mr. J. D. Hutchinson, Mr. Murray Smith (Pahiatua), and Mr. )V. Carr Rollett (Toheroa). Among those at the Royal Hotel are Mr. A. Prisk (Hamilton), Mr. N. Conway, Mr. G. Day (Nelson), -Mr. B. Allison (Te Aroha), Mr. and Mrs. Cockayne, Mr. F. Galvin, Mr. E. Homer (Wellington), Mr. S. Nightingale (Te Hana). Guests at the Star Hotel are Mr. and Mrs. Williams (Hamilton), Mr. and Mrs! H. Hirschberg (Hastings), Mr. J. Brown (Dunedin), Mr. C. Salter (Wanganui), Mr. C. R. Pepper (Wellington), vir. C. Hirst (Dunfermline). Sir. H. H. Sterling, general manager of New Zealand Railways, arrived in Auckland this morning hy the Limited. He will go to Hamilton by the 6.30 train this evening. Subsequently he will visit the Chateau Tongariro and Wairakei, and he will arrive in Wellington towards the latter end of next week.
