CAMBRIDGE TO LOAD

With the arrival to-day of two more overseas vessels, the Waipahi from Suva and the Beulah from San Francisco, tin port is still fairly busy, and will probably continue so for the rest of the week The Cambridge is due from the Soutr to-morrow for Homeward loading, while the tanker Akera from Borneo and the Canadian Conqueror from Montreal are also due shortly. The Shell Company's tanker Paua arrived from Wellington this morning and berthed at the Priuce's wharf. She is to shift to the Western wharf on Thursday. IRIS SAILED. The cable steamer Iris sailed this morning to repair a fault in the WellingtonSydney cable. PORT HOBART SAILS. With general and refrigerated cargo for London, the C. and D. Line steamer Port Ilobart is to be dispatched from the Central wliarf at 5 p.m. to-morrow. CORNWALL TO SAIL. In continuation of her voyage from Liverpool, the Federal steamer Cornwall is to sail at 5 p.m. to-day for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. THE PORT MELBOURNE. The C. and D. Line steamer Port Melbourne, which left Wellington on October 26 for Montevideo and London, is reported to have reached London bst Sunday. KAIKORAI FROM PORT KEMBLA. The Union Co.'s steamer Kaikorai Is reported to have left Port Kembla at 2.30 p.m. fvjri Saturday with coal for Auckland. On arrival here she is to pay off. ' KAPONGA SAILED. To continue discharge of her Australian cargo, the Union Company's steampr Kaponga sailed at midnight last night for Portland, New Plymouth, Tarakohe and Lyttelton. lONIC FOR LONDON. Announced to sail for Southampon and London at 5 p.m. to-morrow, the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer lonic will take passengers and mails as well as general and refrigerated cargo. She is at the Queen's wharf. WAIOTAPU COMING. The Union Co. advise? that the steamer \V aiotapu is due at Auckland on December 23 with lumber, case oil and general cargo trom; Pacific Coast ports. Her other ports of discharge are Wellington, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Sydney. WAIPAHI IN PORT. Arriving from Suva this morning, the Union Co.'s steamer Waipahi berthed at the Prince's wharf, to discharge her cargo of fruit. She is to sail at 5 p.m. to-day for Vi estport to load coal for New Plymouth and Auckland. CAMBRIDGE TO LOAD. Leaving Gisborne at noon to-day, the Federal steamer Cambridge is due at Auckland to-morrow morning and will berth at the Queen's wharf to continue loading for London and West of England ports. From here she is to go to Wanganui, Lyttelton and Wellington to fill up. MAUI POMARE SAILED. Taking passengers, mails and cargo for Norfolk Island, the Government motor ship Maui Pomare was dispatched from the King's wharr yesterday afternoon. She Is scheduled to return to Auckland next Monday and to sail for Niue and Apia on December 31. CANADIAN CONQUEROR. An expected arrival, at Auckland about Thursday next is the Canadian National steamer Canadian Conqueror, with general cargo from Montreal and Sydney (Cape Breton). The local portion of her cargo will be discharged at the Prince's wharf and the remainder at Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. BEULAH DISCHARGING. To the agency of A. G. Frankliam, Ltd., the American motor vessel Beulah arrived at Auckland this morning and berthed at the Central wharf, to discharge the local portion of her cargo of lumber from the Pacific Coast. She sailed from San Francisco on October 9 and called en route at Fanning Island, Samoa and Fiji. From here she is to go to Wellington to complete discharge. SURFDALE SERVICE. The steamer Hirere has been recommissioned, with Captain Jackson in command, to run a passenger service between Auckland and Surfdale. On her first trip she is to leave from the King's wharf at 11 a.m. on Thursday, returning to Auckland on Friday morning. • She is to leave Auckland at 6.30 p.m. on Friday and again at 1.30 p.m. on Saturday, returning from the second trip on Sunday night. UNION COMPANY'S STEAMERS. The Waimea is to sail for Gisborne and Napier at 4 p.m. to-day. The Katoa is expected to clear Westport this afternoon for Auckland. The Kartigi is still barbound at Greymouth, but it is hoped to dispatch her for Auckland this afternoon. The Kaitaugata, en route from Greymouth and Westport, cleared Gisborne at 1 a.m. to-day and is due at Auckland early tomorrow morning. After discharge here she is to return to Greymouth to load for Wellington. The Kaimanawa is to load at Dunedin tomorrow for Auckland, via Lyttelton and Wellington. The Wingatui is announced to load at Dunedin about December 16 s for Auckland, i-ia Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton,-Wellington, Napier and Gisborne. The Waipiata is to sail at 4 p.m. to-mor-row for Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, rimaru and Dunedin. The Kurow is announced to load at Bluff About December 19 for Auckland, via Dunjdin, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington. The Kaiapol is now loading at Greymouth for Auckland.
