LITTLE THEATRE SOCIETY.
In the triple bill presented „by the Little Theatre Society in the Town Hall concert chamber last evening, the opportunities for elaborate dressing were very few. In most cases those taking part were dressed in character, and the role 3, as chance happened, necessitated particularly sombre clothes. In the "Monkey's Paw," Mrs. Poggy Hovey, as Mrs. White, wore a blouse and skirt. The blouse was of tinted striped silk an:l the skirc v/n grey. A bktfk lace flchu was also worn. Of the three plays, "The Twelve Pound Look" lent itself best to dressing. As Lady Sims, Mrs. Ina Allen looked very charming in her "presentation" gown. The bodice of .'sunkist ring velvet was swathed to the hips, the skirt being of glistening gold lace, with a draped overskirt of rainbow tulle in golden shades. Some beautiful jewels were an added attraction to the ensemble. As the typist, Miss Marie Gaudin wore navy blue wool georgette, relieved wivh touches cf red, and a small red felt hat. In "G-od and Mrs. Henderson" Miss Ailsa Hacket and Miss Elva Wrigley were dressed in tho typical Cockney style. Among those present in the audience were: Mrs, F, Graham, Mrs. 11. Davies, Mrs. C. J.
