CONTROL OF SANATORIA.
NO CHANGE TO BE MADE,
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ' PALMERSTON N., Tuesday.
A confcrcnce of delegates from hospital boards of the North Island to-day declined to form a group to take over the administration of the Pukeora and Otaki sanatoria from the Health Department.
The decision was Teached on the grounds that the institutions are being economically conducted already, the conditions of admission are satisfactory, and there is nothing to show that the boards could manage these sanatoria more efficiently.
