CORNWELL CUP CONTEST. "RONA" BOAT MEASUREMENTS.' (By Telegraph.—Special to " Star.") DUNEDIN, this day. The Otago Yaclit Association decided last night that the first race for the Cormvell Cup be sailed here on February 18. The association's delegates were instructed to vote against the Auckland Association's remit, that all Bona boats in future be measured by outside moulds.
