Samuel Yaile and Sons, Ltd., will offer at their rooms, S3, Queen Street, at 2 p.m. to-morrow: Residence of six rooms, kitchenette and offices, on section 60ft x 232 ft, situated at No. 12, Seaview Road, Remuera waterside; villa of six rooms, Mountain Road, Mount Albert, also adjoining section on corner of Albert Avenue, both without reserve; and at the request of the mortgagee, a house of five rooms on Mount Albert Road; house of four rooms, kitchen, etc., at No. 39 Princes Street, Devonport, and a bungalow of four rooms and offices in Lunn Avenue, Mount Wellington.
