VICTORIAN PARLIAMENT. (Received 12 noon.) MELBOURNE, this day. The Governor, Lieutenant-Colonel Somers, acceded to the request of Sir William McPherson, the Premier, for the dissolution of Parliament, subject to a Supply Bill being granted. The House later passed the Supply Bill. The polling day is expected to be November 30.
