DOGS RUSH CYCLIST.
OWNER PAYS DAMAGES
At Morrinsville yesterday Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., gave a reserved decision in a claim by Doris Reynolds against ■R. C. Saxon, farmer, claiming £94 15/ damages for injuries resulting from an accident alleged to have been caused by two dogs owned by the defendant.
Plaintiff was cycling home from school when two dogs rushed at her, causing her to fall. She sustained severe abrasions on the face and body, and injury to the right elbow joint which might be permanent.
Judgment was jriven for plaintiff for £40, and costs £11 0/6.
